Sound, breath, qi gong and poetry at the May blue moon (Full on May 31^st) followed by a sacred fire ceremony. This gathering will celebrate creativity and growth, as we hover on the cusp of summer and move towards the summer solstice on June 21st.

2-5pm: An afternoon of sharing our flowering and creativity. You are invited to bring words or sounds to share with the group.

5-6pm: Bring and share snack, fire ceremony explanation

6-7.30pm: Shamanic fire ceremony in the Inca tradition.

Fee: £55 for the afternoon session, fire ceremony no charge.

There are two full moons in May this year. The first is the flower full moon on May 1st, named after the flowering of spring. This month the moon is at its furthest point from the earth, and therefore will appear smaller and dimmer than usual. Such moons are called micromoons, in contrast to the supermoons, which are when the moon is nearest to earth. The second moon is on May 31st, which is a blue moon, the name given to any second moon of a month.
